Before you start.

Everything worth knowing before and after you get your macropad.

01 Can the download code be used more than once? +

Yes, up to a maximum number of installs (3 by default). It's meant to cover reinstalls or moving to a new PC — not for sharing the code with someone else.

02 Does the macropad work without the app open? +

Shortcut, Text and Media actions run entirely on the macropad's firmware, so they keep working even if the app is closed. Script, URL, Launch App and multi-step Macros need the desktop app running in the background, since those are executed on the PC.

03 What operating systems are supported? +

Windows. See the Specifications page for the full hardware and software breakdown.

04 Where's my download code? +

Your code is delivered with your macropad purchase, either by email or inside the box.

05 How do I install the software? +

Go to the download page and enter your code, run the installer, then connect your macropad over USB. The app will detect it automatically.

06 How do I reset my macropad to factory settings? +

The macropad itself doesn't have a physical reset button. In the desktop app, go to Settings → Data → Reset to defaults (you'll be asked to confirm twice) to restore the app — profiles, macros and settings — to the same state as a fresh install.
